Well I said Mugen All Stars was going to come back strong in the new year and no time like the present to kick off Round 2 of Season 3! This year there is a mix of characters that advanced from Round 1 and also characters that didn’t make it out of Round 2 the previous 2 seasons! Double the characters means double the matches so each character will need to win 2 matches to advance into Round 3!
